Ashish Kaushal is the founder and CEO of HireTalent, a workforce solutions firm he started in 1997 and has built into an enterprise provider of executive search, contingent staffing, MSP and SOW programs.
He has spent nearly thirty years watching how organizations find, hire and keep people — through economic cycles, the rise of contingent work and now the arrival of AI throughout the hiring process. He is currently building HireTalent's UK operation and speaks about what enterprise workforce strategy looks like on both sides of the Atlantic.
Ashish is also the founder of Consciously Unbiased, a media and experience company that builds emotional intelligence in the workplace for more resilient teams. He is a contributor to the Forbes Business Council, publishes on Substack and holds a BS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
